What will JT Barrett's legacy be?

I believe he is like 45-6 as a starter. Incredible 4 year record.
The thing about him is he's looked really good at times (2nd half vs Penn State) and awful at times (too many to count). OSU's greatest success during his tenure was after he was injured in 2014).
He leaves an interesting legacy.

As a great runner who could only make a completion when the receiver was open by 10+ yards. The buckeyes were better when he was out injured

- 37-6 (.860) as starter
- Holds a couple dozen Ohio State records
- Most career touchdowns and passing touchdowns in B1G history
J.T. Barrett has taken quite a bit of criticism throughout his career, but he deserves to be recognized for the above accomplishments.

Great leader, but not an elite QB. Bucks are better without him. They are in good hands next year with Haskins, Burrow and Martell.

That he went into a profession in Columbus where his name would make him money like realty, car sales, etc.

Who can we say is better in the history of the B1G? Bob Griese/Brees? I don't count Brady's NFL career.

Guess who these QBs are.
QB A- 757-1193, 63.5 comp%, 9309 yards, 7.8 YPA, 104 TDs, 30 INTs, 152.7 QB Rating
QB B- 668-1153, 57.9 comp%, 9565 yards, 8.3 YPA, 86 TDs, 28 INTs, 147.4 QB Rating
QB A is JT Barrett. QB B is Ken Dorsey's stats at Miami.

Best QB in Ohio State history. Tough as shite too.
Posted on 12/4/17 at 11:43 am to AlbertMeansWell
he peaked a couple years ago
i think a few injuries held him back from being truly elite
he is just not as an explosive runner or the same type-a-dual threat QB as he used to be.

It's easy to get stats from the qb when a talented team like ohio State is playing in the crap big 10. Illinois, purdue, rutgers, Minnesota, Indiana, Maryland, nebraska, etc have crap talent and buckeye wrs are just running wherever they want to go uncontested. Whenever jt has played a good defense That wasn't overmatched (va tech, clemson) he turned into a vandy qb

As a great Buckeye. Don't really GAF about the rest.

Jt wasn't that great, the ohio State boosters werent even paying him.
