Probably 95-99 with emphasis being on 98. Obviously the Braves won the WS in 95 and had some of their best teams in 96/97.
But in 1998, the Braves won 106 games but choked in the NLCS, Falcons made their first Super Bowl, Hawks were at the end of their run of playoff seasons, and Georgia Tech turned around a massive rebuild to share an ACC title with Florida State (officially, but not really since they lost to FSU that year) and ended their 7 game losing streak against UGA.
