NCAA: Alabama- Born in Mobile and both my parents spent most of their lives there too. I've had a lot of family graduate from there and have always followed closely.
NFL: Falcons- Started watching football when I was 7 because of the Super Bowl run and have followed ever since.
MLB: Braves- Chipper, Maddux, Glavine, Andruw, and Smolz were like heros to me growing up.
NBA: Hawks- I like to see them do good because they're my hometown team, buts there's just no much interest in them around Atlanta.

NFL: Saints: Grew up watching them
NCAAF: LSU: Same as above
NBA: Pels: I really didn't get into watching Bball in general until around 2006(I was more into football) and D-West+CP3 really caught my attention and I started watching then the rest is history.
NHL: Sharks: I watched one of their games in 2007 and really liked the way they played and the whole atmosphere of the team plus their history. I started following them closely afterwards. I wasn't really into hockey before this but they really made me have an interest.
MLB: Nationals: Watched them during their sucky years(2008-10) and adopted them due to their youth and the way they're coached.

College Sports - LSU. Raised in Louisiana, entire family LSU fans....just kind of brought up with LSU everywhere.
MLB - Texas Rangers. Closest team to me. Went to games when I was younger and fell in love. Struggled through the bad years, enjoying the "almost-championships" run now.
NBA - Dallas Mavericks. Same reason as above.
NFL - Green Bay Packers. Started off just rooting for Favre when I was younger...decided to stick with them. Runner up, Saints.
NHL - Dallas Stars. See above.
Golf, Nascar, MLS, etc...DGAF

I grew up a Bengals and Reds fan, since they were the closest pro teams. Still a fan of both, but don't really watch the reds all that closely.

Loyal Pittsburgh fan, just how I was raised, even the Pirates who were in shambles until my 21st birthday where they broke their 21 year curse
Steelers, Penguins, Pirates
I'll cheer for the Stars since they're home state and always on tv.
Braves are my second favorite baseball team, team of the south, grew up watching, cheering. I'd pull for the Astros now that they're in the AL, but they're just so terrible. I still go to 10-15 games a season for them, just cause I love baseball.
Packers are my NFC football team, lived up there for seven years and kinda grew on me, even though I'll never forgive them for beating us in SBXLV
not really a basketball or soccer guy, but I'll cheer for Houston teams (Rockets & Dynamo) if they're on
Oh, grew up a Vol fan in Orange Country (Knoxville), but I went to LSU after the move to Houston... had to get back into the SEC! (pre A&M addition).
Nascar I grew up a Petty & Mark Martin fan. Cheer for Keselowski the past few years with Martin's retirement looming and now affirmed.

NCAA: LSU because I have been raised in Louisiana. Football is by far the sport I follow closely for NCAA.
NFL: Saints, same reason as above.
NBA: Pelicans. Hard to be a fan right now
but I still love them.

NCAA: South Alabama (Undergrad school, lived in area my whole life) and Auburn (Grad school, picked Auburn arbitrarily as a kid when asked "Who ya for?")

Ohio State: Kinda got thrown into the buckeye thing here. Graduated in 2012
Cleveland Indians: Home team, born here, so many memories. I don't root for the other Cleveland teams cuz they suck.

NBA: Dallas Mavericks. Not that I particularly care that much for the NBA.
NFL: New Orleans Saints. My Granddad brainwashed me into being a Saints fan.
NCAAFB: LSU, Texas Tech. I have strong ties and degrees from each school.
NCAAMB: Again, LSU and Texas Tech. Neither school cares that much about basketball. LSU has had some legendary players come through and Texas Tech has had multiple NCAA dunk contest winners.
MLS: FC Dallas. I've followed them since they were the Dallas Burn.
EPL: Everton. When picking my EPL team, I went through a rigorous process of scouting each fanbase and decided to pick a team with historical value, as well as an underdog mentality. COYB.

I didn't start watching sports til I was a teenager so all my favorites came after I was already 12 (2002)
NFL
Vikings - ('02-'09) Older bro is a Vikings (since added Texans about 5 or so years back) and Lakers fan so I was basically a Shaq only and Vikes fan of sports period. Loved Moss and Dante Culpepper. Used to love doing the Culpepper shuffle. Kinda stopped watching them a while after Moss and Culpepper left (hated GM Ziggy Wolf), but still loved Harvin and Peterson.
Saints - ('02-present). Watched them on tv more than any other team (since we live in Louisiana, we'll obviously get that game the most) naturally became a fan. Watching Brooks, Horn, and Deuce.
Steelers - ('04-present) Fan when they went 15-1 on Big Ben's first year '04-present. I just liked them and my favorite player on the team since that time has been Hines Ward, second Troy Polomalu.
NBA -
Shaq - really just a Shaq fan and was not really into basketball.
Heat - (04'-present) You can say bandwagon but when Shaq left the Lakers to play at Miami, that was around the time I started actually getting into any sports as you can see from my timeline.
College Football -
LSU - ('04-present) Friend at school kept going on about how the tigers won the championship game and I didn't know what the hell he was talking about. I had never watched college football before, so on his recommendation I did, and fell in love with it. I enjoyed watching other teams along the way (Oklahoma, Okie St, Oregon, Cal, WVU), but my only team was and is LSU.
I've since only become absorbed in NBA during the playoffs (still watch some Heat reg season games). I watch some NFL, but mostly only interested in combine/pro day/draft, fantasy, and playoffs. I have become more of a casual NFL fan, but still love the Steelers and Saints. I'm totally immersed into everything college football though. Everything minus minor coaching changes, I follow. Injuries, spring/fall practices, pre season top 10 player per position lists (I even do my own), top 25 team lists, depth charts (only a little of this), arrests, suspensions, LSU, local (only a little), and national recruiting.

Always root for LSU. In non LSU games, I always root for the underdog. In Pro games, I root for the team that has the most LSU players. If no LSU players are in it, I don't give a shite.
In baseball, I always root for the Cardinals, and I always root against the Braves and any team from Texas.

Arizona State: My dad brainwashed me into becoming a fan.
D'backs: My favorite pro team. Only pro team in AZ that has a title.
Suns: Mainly a Suns fan, the NBA sucks as a whole.
Cardinals: Through thick and thin, life is good now.
