Whomever the official scorer was gave it to Paredes.

Parades did make an error earlier, but the inning is over with the Cubs up 4-2 if not for the PCA/Nico blunder that was ruled a hit...but was basically an infield pop-up.

White Sox down 7-0 early, looking like it’ll be 20 in a row

Still can’t believe they aren’t even allowed to have a top 10 pick in the draft either

Crazy! Can’t imagine being as bad as the White Sox are. Not sure how that happens in the pros yet it does.

Don't really think about it since they are a bottom 5 American sport franchise but it's shocking how much history the Oakland As have. Most history a team has in one location that has moved from said location in American sport since the Brooklyn Dodgers and NY Baseball Giants

I'd put their history in Oakland over what the Colts had in Baltimore and the Browns had in Cleveland

Helsley blowing a save after just 3rd appearance in 19 days says otherwise. Very lucky it wasn't 3 of 4 STL my guy.

It sounds like their son is recovering but it got to the point where he was in full body paralysis. Scary stuff for sure. His wife was very open about asking for prayers and I’m sure they got them. That being said, he’s supposed to return this week barring any unforeseen setbacks. As a Dodgers fan I look forward to him coming back but family comes first and I’m glad the team supported the family in their hour of need.

Absolutely should have been a sweep. inexplicable defensive miscues lost that one game.

What was very lucky was the St. Louis win. If you watched it you could not argue that. Cubs crushed four balls off Helsley and earned that win Thursday. Wasn't a flukish pop-up dropping or bleeder among any of those hits, unlike the Cardinal rally Saturday.

Cubs won the other two game comfortably. Not sure where you get the 3 of 4 STL fantasy?

Thanks for the update. Saw Freddie play in Arlington last summer when the Dodgers visited the Rangers. Dude was born to wack baseballs.
