We'll have it when you get here.

That way we don't have to fuel up a G6 for a special occasion.

I have plenty of options. Custom crawfish pot, burner, basket all in one. Also have a burner that you can't even hear. That's the one we use for the small boils.

It is that type of pot. We only use it when we have to cook alot of crawfish. When I'm in charge of the cooking I don't put any seasoning in the ice chest, it only serves as storage. Everybody has their own way though.

Yeah but I cook them using what I call the right way. Sounds like you do too. There's hope for Acadiana yet

In Thibodaux, you boil them with seasoning and veggies and all that crap, then throw them back in the ditch right before eating them.

They won't admit it, but that's how they do it in this part of the state.

Get a burner like this. This is what we use for smaller boils. It boils just as fast and doesn't sound like a rocket ship. You can actually hold a conversation right by the pot without yelling at each other.
