There are some nice shafts that fall into the 4B2M code..
UST Mamiya Elements Wind or Fire
Proforce VTS 75 Silver
Axivcore Tour Green
Aldila Rip Beta
Xcaliber 6
Graphite Design Tour AD MT 60
Miyazaki Blue Series
..the biggest point overlooked in a shaft by the average player is torque. I've tried various low and high torque shafts and the difference is remarkable: From a hook to a flat out monster slice. If I'm looking for distance & control at your swing speed, I'm trying to choose a shaft that meets those parameters (code) and has a torque from 3 to 3.5.
Here is another one you can try that I had some good luck with. It's a 5B3M shaft and I could hit bombs with it.

.350 tip size isn't gonna fit many current drivers I don't think though

I had it in a Callaway head until I snapped the head off at the hosel on the range.
Driver head rolled out 150 yards.

seems like most current drivers are .335, but some OEM's are different
A lot of the driver shafts run from .3 to .4 on Golfworks.

I use stock shafts. Wouldn't know where to begin if I wanted to switch or benefits of switching?

almost everything I see is .335 for woods
.370 for fairways and irons

I went to golf connection at lunch and hit my mini on the simulator. Average swing speed 112.3 average carry 259.8 I was hitting it off the deck because they didn't have a short tee. I've been spraying them right a little bit when I try to step on it. Not sure if I need a stiffer shaft or what

Yeah.. You're right. Some .35s on some older shafts.
I still have that older 460 BB head so I'll probably get one of those X-stiff Epics.

Tiger just fatted a 5 iron off the tee on a par 3. Came up about 60 yards short. Then let out a GD for good measure.

I don't even know the pros or cons of dropping down to a .335 tip. Frick, I just found out I'm rolling with a .350. How that benefits or hinders me I have no clue.
