regripped my wedges yesterday and had the hardest time with it
the lighter fluid/glue would get so tacky before I got the grip all the way on, and it would just seize up.....had to pull it back off twice on the first one....second one, i just worked a little faster
ended up with glue/gunk on the outside of the grips so i need to clean those good tonight
also got my whiteboard yesterday, so may go get the adapter installed today at lunch

use WD-40, I think it works better than Lighter fluid and you get better coverage around the tape

I need new grips on my 3w and wedges. Anyone in Thibodaux who knows how to do it would be welcome to do it fo free

whats funny is that whoever gripped these last fricked up
i cut off the grips, and the idiot forgot to pull off the second paper on the outside of the 2-sided tape

this sounds like a disaster. Put your tape on, then take the grip and only pour solution inside the grip. While covering both ends shake the grip with the solvent inside. then while covering the big opening slowly let the solvent drip onto the tape covering it. then slide grip on. never had one problem doing it this way.

It's easy. You have a vice grip, don't ya?

that is exactly how I do it
like i said, yesterday the glue just didnt want to give me much time to complete the process
would have helped a lot if i had a table vise

She loaned it to Doc. You're still in it as far as I can tell. Better get back to scrubbing

I was watching GC last night and they explained the setup for the Ladies at P#2
1000 yds less, same green speeds, but the usga was going to put a bit more water on them to make them more receptive to approach shots.
edit: it will also be played as a par 70

If that's true then over par will win.

Isn't that what they want?
