So I aimed much further left, slowed my swing way down, and concentrated on turning my hand way over about 40 times trying to hook them. Slowing the swing down isn't always a good thing. Tempo is key. Bull dancing. Carousels. Boobs.

Generally, slowing the swing down creates better tempo. In actuality you slow the backswing down which increases the downswing speed.
