Your swing looks a little loopy.
You get inside fast on backswing, loop the club to the top, and then it appears that you cast your hands at the start of the downswing.

I agree, keep the hands outside the clubhead, looks as if you are coming over the top and if the clubface is left open it can do nothing but hit the hosel, otherwise your miss a toe shot?

-right knee loosing its bend on the takeaway
(causes a slide motion to start down swing)
