Well the sun is out over here in good ole BR and rain is well east now. Range should dry up and looks like I will be able to go hit em this afternoon.

When I was stumbling around with my f'd up ankle and everybody was saying put Nitro on a shelf, I didn't feel sorry for myself. I picked myself up by my Nitro straps and deadlifted through it.

Working on it ryno, its a work in progress. I have renewed hope since I practiced Monday. Started off horrible and just felt deflated but fought thru it and thought about everything rob told me to do and low and behold started hitting them. Left on a high note feeling really good so hopefully will pick up today right where I left off.

It was all in my swing plane. Had a horrible out to in and over the top action going on. Its going to take some work to make it a solid consistent feel again but I now know what I was doing wrong and how to fix it and what its supposed to fell like.
