would play TPC this week, but I heard the greens were like playing on concrete.

Played there this morning, concrete would have been easier to stop a ball on. It took some of the enjoyment out of playing the course.

Coach- you've got HCC, Canbrake and Timberton. I am a member at HCC and used to be a member at Canebrake.

HCC is an old style, tree lined 7000 from the tips golf course. You use every club in your bag nd have to be able to hit it both ways.

Canebrake is a Jerry Pate glf course, pretty open and not nearly as much character. Good golf course, though. The facilities there are newer but I like the old style golf course at HCC better.

Timberton is a semi- private club with no amemities, golf only. Pretty good track but out of the 3, it's definately ranked third.

Blutarski, what's the details on that four-ball? Probably won't be able to make it, but worth a listen anyways.

Don't have anything. Go to www.hattiesburgcountryclub.com and call the pro shop. David Allen is the head pro and he can answer any and all questions. Sorry about coming in here empty handed.

3 days, flighted after 2. All he beer you can swill and the course is good. Forgot how much the entry was, I think $300/man. Players pot (no more calcutta). My partner and I won $400 each on this part last year. I know it's expensive but well worth it for all the goodies you get.

Gonna talk with a friend or two. Doubt they could swing it. Appreciate the heads up. Holler if you know any more around the state.
