No it wasn't. His right foot landed in-bounds, but then slid out of bounds right before his left foot landed in-bounds.

Weeden was awful, but that TD drive is on the refs. Sucks for the rest of the team. Anyone that says the Cowboys have the refs in their pockets can suck my nuts.

In NFL the coach has to challenge unless last two minutes. Unless a turnover or score.
