Because if you had any knowledge of the actual allegations you’d know that it was more than just having a consensual relationship with a subordinate (which is also frowned upon).

More has come out. The woman is a subordinate and tried to end it and he harassed her afterwards and wouldn't stop, which is how the Celtics found out.
