ok gotcha. didn't realize it had to be over 2.0 to be considered "wind-aided". I still consider Jeffrey faster than Trindon though

Normally, tall sprinters like Bolt are slow out of the blocks. Carl Lewis was the classic example of a tall sprinter. When he set the world record in 1991, he was dead last after 30 meters. However, Bolt is the exception to the rule. In Beijing in 2008, the only person who was ahead of him after 30 meters was LSU alumnus and silver medalist Richard Thompson, who also won both the NCAA Indoor and Outdoor titles in 2008.

Unlikely. Bolt ran the first 40y of his WR 100m in ~4.25 (including a reaction time of .146).
