O, but I have. Last numbers I saw for WCP was 57th in population (a whopping 11,000 people) and a poverty rate of about 25%. But, it's better than ECP since it's the 12th poorest in the entire nation.

That would probably be East Carroll. In general the economy in West Carroll is better than East Carroll (not saying it is great, of course). But Oak Grove is a pretty typical small N. Louisiana town in a farming community. Very nice folks, actually.

Some of my best friends in college were from Oak Grove.
