Iowa is a tough team that could easily be undefeated if a few bounces went their way. I saw some model giving Minnesota a <1% chance to go 12-0.

why would pj leave Minnesota...for Arkansas?

Because people here think that a low tier SEC job is still better than any other program that isn't a blue blood.

Fleck is building something at Minnesota.

Actually, it's the exact opposite.

As is evidence by this thread, with every single poster saying Minnesota will smoke Iowa, the general public will be all over the undefeated top ten team coming off a huge upset getting 3 points.

But if you believe the co tary and that Minnesota will truly be the sharp side, then go balls deep on the ML.

Bumping for the betting gurus that posted in this thread.

Based on the fact Minnesota football hasn’t been relevant since the 60s, they are at Iowa, and they are kids in college riding high off their first top 5 win in college...PJ Fleck is a great coach hopefully Arkansas doesn’t hire him...but I see Iowa covering...I’ll bookmark this and we can discuss it on Sunday if you want??

Here to eat crow. I was surely wrong as it gets. I'd still bet on Fleck again, but man not only did they win, but they covered. Minnesota had a chance there at the end, but they couldn't seem to get in the endzone when it mattered.

I was very impressed with Minnesota's receivers. Their defense, not so much. Iowa scoring 23 is the equivalent of LSU scoring 45.

You were right!

frick Minnesota and I expected them to lose. That being said, I did take them -13.5 at Northwestern this weekend. Northwestern is awful so that line is real attractive.

Would be perfectly fine forfeiting that pick for the upset though.
