I don’t think it is. JuJu was one of the main reasons the Steelers were even in playoff contention.
It all falls on Tomlin’s shoulders. Mainly because he kept Keith Butler another year after the Jags playoff disaster. The defense cost this team more than anything this season.

That play was stolen from SMU return vs Tech. But it was illegal since Wychieck pass was forward but not called

Big Bonehead cost them the Broncos game with a dumb throw at the end. Also had an ill-timed turnover against the Chargers and three picks in Week 1 (a win instead of a tie and today doesn't matter).
He makes some great plays, but he's guaranteed to give away at least one game a year. Brees threw five picks, Russell Wilson 6, and Dak Prescott 8. He should take some of the blame too.
