Biggest issue is that if you fire harbaugh, you are looking at becoming the next tenn/neb
I literally can't think of a well-respected up and coming coach who would come to Michigan.
We already took two chances on hiring lower level guys who were having success at previous stops (hoke and rodriguez). It didn't work out!

Yes. 3 years of Mike riley and how he fosterd a culture if losing is showing now. There is a reason why Vegas had Nebraska under 6 wins this season.
Also doesn't help the starting QB isn't healthy and the only other scholarship QB transferred because he didn't want ti be a backup.

I may be under estimating Baylor, but I’m not impressed at all. We are fricking BAD and he hasn’t hit many tough passes on us. Lots of blown coverages. Which I mean I guess he doesn’t have to hit tough shite to beat us
