Tried finding record and think this might be it but not 100% confident:
Most yards one team has been penalized in one game: 238 by Arizona State against UTEP on November 11, 1961 (on 13 penalties)
Record for most penalties against one team in one game: 24, by San Jose State on October 4, 1986 (199 yards)
Kansas appears safe at 18-211

That was low class. I mean they were running out the last 3 secomds and the thug did a slight delay and then rushes in to hit qb but Kan players kept him from a clean hit. Then someone came in and bull rushed someone on Unlv team after, but TV cut away and said frick it, it we don’t show the fight it never happened lol. No idea what else transpired. That Unlv thug should be suspended all next year if he has time left. Could have hurt Kan qb if no one stopped him.

OU lost a shite ton of players. Lost OC. Lost qb. Starting a true freshman qb. Arizona is a really good team and the game hinges on new OC/QB. And we lost our entire starting OLine so that matters too. Defense should be good, but we’ll see how offense does if oline can’t block

It was a fun game to watch. Sucks there were so many penalties, but both teams played hard. Congrats on the win!

The Kansas quarterback should have taken a knee. He didn’t, so the whistle wasn’t blown, the play was still live. Was it bush? Yes. But it was a live play because the dumbass referee didn’t blow the whistle when he saw what was happening.
So quarterback to blame the most, then referee, then UNLV player.

It was 4th down if he takes a knee the clock stops on possession change. He had to make sure the time ran off before he kneed and the defender was flat out thuggish knowing no play was being run. Poor sportsmanship. Thug
