Based off what? Their defense is amazing this year... they have multiple weapons on offense... help me out here. Excluding the VY experience, when was the last big game they lost (they lose focus against shrubs, but big games they are money...)... you know, like the opposite of OSU

I don't remember saying their D was overrated. You can correct me if I'm wrong though.
But, in the end, it's just a hunch. Again, I said I feel(not know) that they may be a tad overrated. I'm not sure how great their offense will be yet this season. Especially considering we play them so early in the season.
IMO, as of now I'd probably have the rankings
UGA
Ohio State
Florida
Oklahoma
USC
Doesn't mean by the end of the season they won't be one of the top 2 or 3 teams in the nation, but early on I feel they may be a tad overrated.

What are you talking about an easy road? According to ESPN's expert College Football Analyst, Lou Holtz, Notre Dame will be able to beat USC this season on their way to 10+ wins.

Actually, Ohio State played in the last 2 BCSNCG's because they finished with the best regular season record of any BCS team and won their conference outright in each of those years. Preseason rankings didn't make any difference in that regard.

Don't get me wrong, it bothered me at the time, but I saw LSU as the "better" team, so in that regard, it was more respectful than disrespectful.
