First of all he's an idiot for putting himself in such a terrible position by marrying and having a child with her.
Second of all he's not wrong. Where there's smoke there's fire. She doesn't deserve a dime. Hope she loses and has to pay his court fees.

He did what any sensible dad would have done
She's upset bc the man got the upper hand when it comes to custody when in fact he was protecting the health and well being of the child

Why is it her fault that her ex husband was arguing with her, pulled her gun from her purse, and then shot himself?
I mean she may not be at fault legally, but you can't tell me she's not at least a little guilty of something if not just being crazy enough to drive someone to kill themselves.
