Not much in the contract unfortunately. Doesn't say a buy out or any incentives for winning multiple national championships as was rumored.

ETA: Urban gets a $1.2 million bonus if he's still the coach in 2018

Does anyone know about this Mark Pantoni fellow who was Florida's director of football administration? What did he do at Florida?

What are they going to do with him? Seems a pretty shitty thing to do to him. I understand you want to have a coach that'll be very successful but it seems like this stuff stems from Urban egging on tOSU instead of them seeking him out.

ETA.... maybe I should've read the entire post. He'll stay after this year as the DC?

Fickell is going to focus on the bowl game in the coming month, Urban is going to focus in recruiting and building his staff.

The guy got something like a 500k raise that he's going to get to keep. He'll make it through.

Urban gushing over Fick.

For some reason I don't feel like he'll say the same about Bollman

So the LSU-Bama game convinced him to return to coaching.
