quote:Hardly. Tulane didn't play any 1 or 2 win teams last year....Tech played 4 of them.
I would say it would be more similar to a Tulane schedule then Tech.
La Tech played 2 1 win teams, 2 2 win teams and UTSA who played 1/2 a FCS schedule; total bowl teams was 4.....Similar to ULL's schedule this year which, per last year's records, consist of 2 1 win teams, 2 2 win teams and a FCS team and 4 bowl teams. Tulane played 7 bowl teams last year and the fewest total wins by any opponent was 3 and no fcs teams. Even this year's TU schedule, weak as it is, has 6 bowl teams from last year.
Not to say Tech's schedule was easy...most of the hard games were one after the other....but that's similar to ULL's schedule as well.

I'm glad to be playing Tulane this year. Try to make it to Ruston Thursday, 9/12/13 for the game. It will be televised on Fox Sports 1. I hope Tulane brings a good crowd. Thursday night is no excuse to not attend, take that Friday off and make it a long weekend.
