Poirier vs Topuria would be wild but I’d like to see him in a winnable fight for his last one

topuria is a winnable fight for poirier. but the ufc isnt going to risk a topuria loss against a guy that is on his way out.

poirier said he wants a legend fight, so seems like gaethje or max. the max fight doesnt make sense to me he already beat him twice. gaethje is about to fight hooker, so its possible he isnt ready for a summer date. so not sure who it could be. people have said nate diaz but I dont see the UFC wantign to do business with him again. who else is a legend? conor aint fighting anytime soon.

He ruled out a paddy pimblett fight. I liked that fight. what better way to go out than beating a young guy with hype coming off of a beatdown on kang green. maybe paddy would win but thats how the game works the older guys let the younger guys make a name off of them.

It's not Gaethje (If the fight is in June or July, it's probably getting signed before Geathje's next fight.. I guess he can always be a replacement depending on how the Hooker fight goes)

I’d say it’s narrowed down to Gaethje, Volk, Diaz, Oliviera, & maybe cowboy if he’s interested.

Can’t forget about the BMF tournament

Please no cowboy or Diaz both are washed. I’d like it to at least be a meaningful fight

Of course it’s “winnable” but I’d imagine he’d be a heavy underdog. I believe Islam is the one who suggested that Topuria fights Oliviera or Poirier to earn a lightweight title shot. I dont think the UFC gonna force Islam to fight him

Topuria is probably fighting on PPV on the May card in Montreal or maybe the end of June in Vegas.. someone gave me a name no one has mentioned, and it's a fight I really like esp since Nola is almost def a Fight Night

I don’t know what’s gonna happen I’m just saying I really like the fight. It’s a good story for either guy. Neither guy will really lose either because you know it’s gonna be a Great War.

Do people want to see Dustin Poirier fight again? He's gotten mopped 3 out of his last 5 fights

he also finished his opponent in 3 of his last 6 fights. his losses were all very competitive. last but not least, who doesnt want to see a poirier fight? is something wrong with your brain?
