that was great. Love how the mediator was such a little instigator.

"So Jose, how do you feel about Mcgregor telling you to come sit on his lap and call him Daddy"??

"Mcgregor is telling you to bring the polish and shine his belt for him....what do you say to that"??

Sucks for these two that they have to wait until July to fight. This press tour and same, recycled shite-talking interviews are gonna get old as hell before long. I would loathe that part of the sport more than anything (even the weight-cutting)

That is by far the most frustrating part for Jose in all of this. The shite-talking is completely one-sided in McGregor's favor, and it isn't even fair. Aldo is completely helpless in these interviews. He has to basically sit there and take it, and I know that irks him.

I don't think it really bothers him. He's not a shite talker so it's probably pretty amusing for him to get non-stop berated in another language. Then if he whips McGregor's arse, it will be all the sweeter.

ETA: UG front page has Aldo talking about McGregor's shite talking.

ETA2: I kind of want McGregor to worked for a full 5 rounds just to see how he handles it.

Dude Google "conor rio scrum", "conor vegas scrum" and "Conor Los Angeles scrum". The Vegas and LA ones are like 30 minutes each and are so fricking good. Watch all 3 but Vegas first. Also, there are 3 UFC 189 embeddeds you need to watch.

I know, I have been slacking lately and it's going to be hard for me to keep up. My dvr is filled-up with 10+ hours of new UFC shows/material from FS1 from this past week or so alone. Looking forward to the next several events (Machida/Rockhold card on Fox card especially), but July cannot get here soon enough.

Spend 2 hours watching Conors truth telling over the last few days, its worth it. Also, if you haven't his new documentary that should be the first thing you watch. Its on youtube, just search "conor mcgregor 2015 documentary. Its an hour long and it AMAZING. He said all of the same stuff he is saying today way before he was in the UFC. EXACTLY the same stuff, he has known this since day one. He is going to just maul Aldo.

Here I found it for you, its SSSOOOO good! LINK

Aldo doesn't give a frick. IMO he's gonna work McGregor.

How? What does he have that The Celtic Tiger can't handle? MEHndes just tuned his arse up in the last fight with a reach that is 8 inches shorter than McGOATS he is slower than him, his striking is below McGregors and MEHndes also can't control distance like The Notorious One. Its not like MEHndes even used his wrestling in that fight and Aldo couldn't even land his leg kicks against that midget. There is no way he gets Conor with his kicks and there is NO WAY he can strike with Mystic Mac. Like I said before the ONLY chance he has against The Irish Bomber is on the ground but when have we seen Aldo dominate on the ground and when have we seen The King lose even one second of time on the ground in his 5 UFC fights? When have we seen him be behind for even 5 seconds in any UFC fight no matter where the fight was taking place? I know Aldo is a beast but he has no shot, this is such a bad matchup for him....as it is for everyone at 145.

Who has he fought that makes this relevant to fighting Aldo?

Sounds like you had too many green beers on St. Patty's Day.

Aldo is faster and more technical and isn't going to let Conner get in his head.

Aldo wins via TKO Rd 3

What makes you think that? How is he faster OR more technical? Ill admit he does have the basic moves down but there is no way he is faster and he only has mastery over a few strikes which he will never be able to hit The GOAT with. shite, Mini-MEHnes with his little 66 inch reach dropped fricking bombs all over Aldo.

That has already happened, it happened before they left Rio.

Based on what? In the UFC he has finished exactly 2 people and one was because of an injury. You still can't say WHY you think he will win. What exactly do you think he is better at?

It is relevant because Aldo doesn't do shite on the ground and it is the only way he even has a prayer of beating The Notorious Conor McGregor.

So far it hasn't been too bad. I'm used to feeling minor aches and pains.

It's just fun for right now. The place I go to I'm Baton Rouge right now had a guy there that was a member of the Cuban national team for nine years.

When he told I'd be ready by thence understanding is white belts through green belts compete against one another) then brown and black go against each other. When the sense I said that and that I could be ready I just said frick it why not. Uncle Sam may have the final say though

I just gotta find a more sport specific routine and set up my power sled to get my conditioning and strength up.

It's been a while but yeah. Karo was a stud until painkillers got the best of him. Did he fight Sean shark when he wasn't even 18?

Twice actually. Started fighting professionally at 16.
Sadly, most newer fans only remember him for his outburst on TUF 5. "Do you even know who I am, bro?!"

Yeah I knew it was twice. I'm sure he had fights with grown men even before he was 16.

His training partner roman mitichyan tripped me out with his broke arm on one of the tuf season. He told the doc, yo doc I'm not a pussy. Then he left the house and was playing with flowers I think.
