I know what the rubbber guard is but my coworker was having trouble understanding what I was trying to explain. I also didn't want to pull guard on him in the middle of the office and do it to him so I though I would see if anybody had a video.

Just watched Dana's VLOG Day 5 on mmascraps:
1) He visits the TUF taping for the first fight which I guess was filmed yesterday. Guess Hendo went right from the PPV basically to start that.
2) He talks some pretty funny shite with Hendo who has a hurt rib from the Franklin fight.

he made henderson and franklin both go watch the prelim fights in england the week of their fight in ireland. it was on his blogs for ufc 93. hendo fricked with dana the whole time, pushing him and punching him all around.
