Not the best card name wise but I think there will be some bangers on here. alot of big guys on the main card def gonna be some guys going to sleep. kape vs felipe will be a better fight than the odds show.
Would be cool to see strickland pull this off somehow, cant imagine him as champ... if jesus has a sense of humor strickland will win the belt. dude definitely has a career as a comedian waiting on him.
hit a 7 leg parlay last weekend betting all french fighters. Ill probably do something similar this week on the oceania fighters. Not sure on tafa though, lane is such a big guy compared to him.

I won't be able to see it, but maybe I can catch highlights on youtube after the fights. I give Strickland a good chance here because the dude is tough and ballsy. I don't expect him to leave the octagon with any regrets.

I dont think the chandler mcgregor fight happens... unless chandler and dana have made a deal for chandler to take a dive. I think the diaz fight is what should happen.
I hope they load up the december card I am ready for a vegas trip. kinda unusual to go so long without a ppv in vegas.
also mike perry is gonna headline a bkfc card in dallas I think in novemeber or december. I also hope that the danis paul fight doesnt happen so perry can put a hurting on logan paul.

I dont give him much of a chance. Im a huge fan of strickland but its a tough matchup for him.

Man, this is the least exciting main event I’ve seen in a long time. Adesanya is going to make easy work of Strickland, I don’t see it getting past the second round.
I saw a video earlier with a guy (Schaub maybe?!) claiming the ufc was doing this to ‘get rid of’ Strickland. I like the guy, but I don’t think he stands a chance vs Izzy

The presser was an epic shite show, as expected. Strickland is absolutely the funniest man in sports right now.
21:00 Min mark though is legit one of the best pre-fight press moments from a genuine place. It's a great clip.

Definitely a tough matchup but it seems Izzy sometimes gets moved back into the cage and a guy like Strickland has a chance there to do some damage and get the upper hand. But yeah, it's going to be tough, for sure.

2am EST weigh-in has started. Apparently they are weighing in on Friday afternoon (Australia time) but not fighting till Sunday at some point.
Izzy was the first guy on the scale, made weight. Strickland not on there yet, which is odd - Laura Sanko said he's usually one of the first, so they are speculating that maybe he's had difficulty cutting weight. That would not be good if he misses weight.

Pretty weak card. I'm hoping bam bam gets a knockout in front of the home crowd and Strickland beats the nerd. Unfortunately, I don't see that happening but I'll sure be rooting for it.

Seems like people have been saying weak card for the last few ppv's. Where's the star power in UFC? Conner is way past his prime. Who's got the best shot to take his place?

Nobody is taking conors place. Dude is a once in a lifetime star.
The last card was not that strong but the previous 2 were pretty loaded.
The ufc is smart and will build out cards with regional fighters like this australia card. Next ppv will be in abu dhabi and will feature stars from russian and alot of muslims just like this australia card will feature alot of fighters from oceania.
