FYI he had an accident where he stabbed himself in the hand going in to the Lawler fight that was a flukey loss. He's the safest fighter in the UFC and that is why he'll beat head hunters like Woodley and Hendricks with ease.

He's only 24 too Macdonald will be champion for a very very long time because I don't see anyone coming up that can test him.

And no Lawler should not get a rematch just for beating Ellenberger.

Macdonald has absolutely nothing for Hendricks.

The other two I agree with.

Getting a rematch after dispatching the number 4 ww and having lost the title fight by one takedown is warranted to me.

I just don't believe in rory against too competition. Pressure is not his friend and woodley is going to put it on him. If he's not the aggressor he wilts.

Ellenberger is overrated Mcdonald beat him just as easily. A win over Woodley(a legit contender) warrants a title shot. Mcdonald will beat him with the jab rather easily

Anyone know where a replay of Dillashaw/Barao could be seen?

So what has Rory done for him to jump RL as the #1 contender?

Did anyone else think the crowd was incredibly dead that whole card? Loudest it got was when the Brazilians were chanted for Barao and it was quiet af with Dillashaw is fighting a beauty. It was just weird since it was in Vegas and a good card

Nothing. Robbie deserves the next shot.

Robbie beat Ellenberger waaaay worse than Rory did

Beating Woodley should definitely jump him over Lawler. Same if Woodley beats Mcdonald. I can't recall a time when Dana gave made a guys first title defense a rematch unless it was a long time champion

Exactly.

and he also beat Rory fight before last as well.

a Rory supporter's only argument is that Robbie already had a title shot and they want someone else to get a chance, but that doesn't make Rory more deserving. This is such a stupid discussion....Verlander successfully trolls some random arse topic once again.

so Woodley is that much of a bigger name/quality win than Ellenberger? Didn't Woodley get knocked out cold by the same dude Ellenberger just knocked out?
