Cormier says that he had a lot going on in his personal life and is coach was psyching him up before the Olympics and they were having him wrestle a series of guys as a warm up and he lost to Cummins and his coach got on his as and told him go home he was out of the Olympics .

Yep. This was also around the time that Cormier lost his daughter. In the pre-fight lead up, Cummins also told reporters that he made Cormier cry during practice.
