and Shields was in jeopardy of losing at any point?

He spent the whole fight getting jabbed in the face and answering with just terrible stand up.

I'm sorry you can't finish every fight. All your doing is trolling now with these remarks

The head kick. Now stop.

Saying that...after the head kick...GSP SUCKS in killer instinct. He needs to go spend about 3 months training in Rio de Janeiro and learn some damn killer instinct. Wanderlei would have murdered Shields after that head kick!!!

If both did nothing, who did just a little more than nothing??

GSP did and thats why he won.

Why did Jake never try to take gsp down?????

If GSP-Shields get the fight of the night bonus, Sherdog will shutdown.

Dude I respect you but apparently you're drunk(I am fwiw). You are arguing with about 9 people here. I seriously doubt that we're all wrong and you are right. Are you watching the fight with Maximus? Tell the truth!

it was a good shot, i wouldn't call it a difference maker. oh and he freaking blinded GSP i'd probably call that a difference maker.

I couldn't agree with you more Kingwood ... and IMO, you have to take the belt from the champion ... i think the fact that GSP was displaying at least some sort of boxing and changing levels, utilizing the jab and was up on his toes more made him appear to be more active and have more "control" of the fight ... also, Jake Shields seemed to have the "deer in the headlights" look after the 2nd round ... once Jake figured out how to dodge/block/deflect that overhand right, i was waiting for him to counter with a straight left or a left hook ... or even use kicks on GSP's lead leg to slow him down ... i've watched a lot of jake shields fights and i am very surprised that his game was so weak ...
