BJ back where he belongs, dominating his class to the same degree that Fedor, Silva, GSP, and possibly Machida, do their own divs..dominance.

Looked in great shape, had stamina, and a determined focus.

+1 i figure dif he came in like he did against GSP, Florian had a chance, but once i saw him come in, i knew Florian was over matched. I don't like Penn at all, but i have to give him much repsect. When he's in shape and ready, he's one of the best.

It wouldn't have made a difference vs GSP, but is a shame that he wasn't in tonight's shape for that Part 2 fight.

I guess he is smart enough to take his defense of his true legacy(his 155 fights) much more seriously, and/or was just challenged like never before, off his last bout in the court of public opinion.

Definitely seemed out for some redemption, besides defense of his division.

Damn at the end of the Silva fight it was like watching the Matrix with Silva just moving his head out of the way of the punches.

You guys saying that it looked like the fight was thrown are just idiots.

Silva was crazy fast in that fight, it's almost like he knew what Forrest was gonna do before he did it.

That just might be the funniest thing you have ever said Max.

I just got back from watching the fight and I realized I don't know shite about MMA. George Roop vs. George Sitiropolus appeared to be fight of night.

Minutes after the fight I was thinking that fight looked rigged and I was no where near this board. Sherdog has to be just blowing up right now.

Word is Roy Jones Jr was in the audience.

I lost all respect for Forrest running back to his locker room like a bitch.

Forrest had wins over Rampage and Showgun and just got SCHOOLED tonight. Words don't even describe how bad he looked. I would not be surprised to hear if the fight was fixed.

If it wasn't, I'd take An Silva to beat Fedor's arse right now.

Forrest had the brilliant stratagy to stand there and bang with the best stand up guy on the planet who is also about 10 quicker then he is. I love how in all the hoopla leading up to it they have Griffin on a bike watching the first round of Hendo vs Silva as if to say "Forrest has a good shot because he will do the same". Even the Nonsense with Forrest saying once someone figures Anderson out, everyone will be like why didn't I think of that. lol.
