I know. I feel sorry for Temple. The field is painted for the Eagles and not even them, and Philly is a great town. I don't know how they get better support.

There use to be some great games on Thursday Night. Now it's to the point where the teams are usually under .500

It was mostly an ACC showcase in the 90s and 2000s, but there were some fun games.

Virginia Tech made Thursday nights a big deal for themselves. UVA upset FSU when Tiki Barber went wild (Brad and Gary were on the call). Louisville and good old John L. upset FSU, too. I remember Georgia Tech beating Clemson in the final minute one year with Joe Hamilton. Good times.
