My entire grandmother's side of the family was killed in The 7 Day War.

It's basically a new program, they gotta win games if they want to put asses in the seats.

Ron Cherry with the DAMNIT as he faced the wrong sideline. Gotta love him.

I agree about Curtis Johnson being a horrible head coach. But I don't think Tulane will ever win consistently without easing up on their academic restrictions for athletes. The school is just not dedicated to athletics period, not a priority.

You're telling me that 8:30pm is too late for New Orleans?

Have you seen the talent? He's recruited good players. The playcalling is garbage and situational decisions particularly towards the end of the half are atrocious. He's the worst 4th down coach I've ever seen.

LOL, yep, most of these people are walking home!

The Glazer section on the east half is pretty bad. The rest of the stadium is okay and the student section is surprisingly full.

No sirens heard on campus equals a horrible football program. No thugs means a bunch of pansies. Miami was a step below Angola and dropped it's admission requirements. The rest is history. Running a squeaky clean program will never get wins at Tulane. Just look what Vegas Vince did.

I don't know much about Tulanes talent. But I do know they could get better talent if the academic restrictions were a little more laxed concerning athletes. Duke does it.

If it makes you feel better their best receiver beat a rape charge before last season.

LMAO. Sounds like a bunch of sour grapes. Tulane is a wonderful school if you are accepted there for academic reasons. If you are an athlete you are looking to advance your athletic career and didn't have many options.

Is it true that they hold their football players to their regular academic standards?

Should at the very least have a good basketball program
Posted on 9/3/15 at 10:58 pm to Ancient Astronaut
Not nearly as much basketball talent instate and most of those guys can't get in even if they wanted to go there.
