which part? That QB's aren't more likely to struggle?

Really the devaluation of RB's means fewer rookie RB's are getting that chance and yes QB's are playing better faster. The favorite would be Luck, but there is nothing outlandish to pick Richardson.

no but he will still have to show some skills as a RB. If he is the 12th best RB, and not saying he will be, then even if he is the best rookie RB it probably won't help him win the award
