Well, it's really the only time in recent memory either team in this rivalry has been really bad. And Michigan isn't much better this year.
Like I mentioned, you could throw away the records to an extent, when the underdog/worse team was still at least OK (i.e. 7-4, 7-3, 6-4, etc entering the game). That's not the case, this year, just like last year. There is absolutely no excuse for Ohio State to lose this game.
