Gotta add West Virginia... and Georgia hasn't done anything in a while, considering they get the same talent that LSU, Florida, etc. get

UGA seems like a good addition to the list.

this decade penn state

2000: 5-7
2001: 5-6
2002: 9-4
2003: 3-8
2004: 4-7
2005: 11-1
2006: 9-4
2007: 9-4
2008: 11-2

67-43 = .609 w%

in a shitty conference

in a state with top 6/7 high school football talent

where your location gives you advantage over all new england schools because no 5* in those areas wants to play at uconn, syracuse, rutgers, etc...

shitty and under achieving

i know, but still, they have a tremendous advantage over landing stars (when they exist) in those areas, it has to be said.

How about UNC?

They have recently had top recruiting classes grabbing some talent out of North Carolina for once, which for the most part has gone to SEC schools

Yet they suck every year and just lost to pitiful Virginia which was the most painful football game ive ever watched on TV.....ever

UNC has a horribly ovverrated football program

Not like we used to. It's much tougher for us to land top talent today.

ND should probably be added to the list as well, FWIW.
