I'll take my Orlando Magic! Hey, if Toronto can build a team and manage to sign Kawhi Leonard in order to put them over the top and win the NBA Finals, then there is hope yet right? All we need is a once in a generation talent or two coinciding with the luckiest of breaks possible involving the lottery a few times and we're right back in the hunt baby! ...... I'm still not over Nick Anderson missing 4 freaking free throws to ice game 1 against the Rockets in 95'. Even then, Houston had to hit a 3 at the end of regulation damn near just to force OT. Despite all of this,we hung tough in overtime only for Olajuwon to manage to tip the ball up and in with less than a second remaining in the first overtime to win it and essentially break the Magic. Even so, I figured, as did everyone else, as documented in the 30 for 30 "This Magic Moment" that Orlando would be back plenty of times in the following years and even manage to win a few titles. Of course, we all know what happened, as Jordan returned and Shaq would eventually leave for L.A. as Penny would fight injuries and fade away. I still can't believe we made it back to the finals in 09' with Dwight Howards bitch arse and that eclectic crew. Ok, I had to get that off my chest lol
