Announcers seem shocked that Sam Houston seems like a better team tonight against Jacksonville b/c they couldn't core for shite in their first 3 games. They played BYU, Air Force, and Houston in those games. No shite they were overwhelmed in those games. JSU meanwhile had UTEP, East Tennessee State, Coastal Carolina, and Eastern Michigan. Not really anywhere near as tough as what the Bearcats dealt with to start the season.

I quite enjoy seeing an FBS game held at a stadium that looks like the one in Tyler where I grew up. Sam does at least have a pretty good Jumbotron.

Some of the HS stadiums in TX are amazing. Have some pretty good size HS stadiums in OK but not as many.

Their defense has been surprisingly good this season. Their offense has mostly been a disaster. They are better than their record and will give CUSA teams not named Liberty some trouble.

That was a such a strange sequence. Sam player helps a JVille player up, another JVille player says something to him and the Sam player headbutts him. All of this was half a foot in front of a ref. HC KC Keeler got so mad at him he probably lost a couple of months off his life.

Sam is lucky that JSU is self destructing w/penalties b/c this late game playcalling is super suspect.

I’m so confused right now on why Jax St. is not just letting them score, if Sam Houston kicks a field goal they still have to score a TD and burned all there TOs and lost 2 min of clock

I don't get why they didn't bring int he wildcat package earlier in this sequence. I get that Keeler has won an FCS title but this is some odd stuff.
Or maybe he was just smarter than me and wanted to burn more clock since they scored on 4th
