Why would after the biggest play of your career, a play where you team just made it to the super bowl in such a should be joyous moment would you want to dart across the field to a dejected opponent and want to slap his arse and desire to get a response from a wide receiver that is known to not be on good standings with you nor you with him, have had much negativity to say about each other you talking negative things about his abilities as a wide receiver all the while you absolutely know the camera spot light is all on you at that moment. Why not wait till after the game when they designate an opportunity for teammates to congratulate one another. He's a damn piece of shite.
Also, i heard Sherman's response that he is upset about the notion of being called a thug because he thinks it's society's new accepted way of calling someone an N word. Are you serious, being called a thug is indicative of your behavior, actions, and words. You've been instigating altercations like every game and every day of your life the past 15 months. Deal with it. I got no shits for your stanford education and that gives you zero passes for tolerance of your behavior.

You honestly thought he was being sincere?
No I honestly don't know his intent, and neither does anyone else.

Thank you for your prayers.
At least I can read in context though.

I haven't made a single post about Sherman since about 5 minutes after his comments, and I don't care whether you are on Team Sherman or Team Thug, that's irrelevant to me. But not a single person with any bit of common sense can truly believe that Sherman ran up to Crabtree with the "Aw, shucks Mike, you played a swell game. You are a great competitor and I wish you the best," attitude.
So he hurt a millionaires feelings? The horror

I'm not trying to debate whether Sherman was wrong, Sherman is a thug, Crabtree got what he deserved, or anything like that. I am just pointing out that Sherman 100% was being an arse when he chased Crabtree down after the play.

I love Steve Spurrier, and he says some pretty classless things as well. Of course, it always helps to be funny when you make fun of another player, coach, or program.

This is a perfectly legitimate stance IMO. I prefer for people not to be assholes but at least you're not pretending that Sherman had rainbows and butterflies on his mind when he tried to shake Crabtree's hand.

Sherman was mic'd up the whole game. Let's hear him the entire game to put that moment into context then. Both were talking trash the entire game. Sherman came out on top.

I understand the initial interview right after they won, but his comments on first take and elsewhere were extremely uncalled for

He clearly did it in a mocking manner. Running up to him, slapping him on the arse, and putting out his hand for him to shake. He also did it right after a play, on the field, as the game was still going on. It wasn't after the game.
It's obvious to anybody but a social moron that he was trying to get under his skin.

I will be violently praying that Demarius Thomas catches a game winner over Sherman and Sherman cries like a bitch on national tv.

Went off on skip, which is normally called for but not this time.
Sherman kept shouting about his Stanford degree and being all Pro. Saying he was the best at what he did and skip was no where close to that and he was smarter than Skip(which is when to whole "thug" part came out in my mind). Then proceeded to take personal shots about his career and acting like skip was a high school newspaper writer.
That whole interview on First Take came off as extremely unprofessional. I was more than ok with his post game interview. Heat of the moment, acting real, and just being himself. But he has to realize there is a time and place for that.

Someone thinks I might be dumb?
Tell them I went to stanford! Tell them I'm smart!
Someone thinks I might not be the best?
Tell them I'm the best corner in the league! Scream it!

And hopefully Thomas runs across the field and tells him "hell of a game"
