No one is going to compete with Alabama or Clemson. These semifinal games will be a joke. Especially whoever plays Alabama

I want to see what happens should Clemson and Notre Dame remain unbeaten and Georgia beats Bama in the SECCG.

What does the selection committee do? Especially if there are one loss Big Ten and Big Twelve teams available.

The committee will be beside themselves.

Bama would get in because they are looking for the four best teams in the country, and they are definitely one of the best four teams

I agree bama gets in but dang, that's going to ruffle some powerful feathers in two SEC teams go and the champions of the big 10 and big 12 don't.

I'm assuming you think Georgia would go.

For Notre Dame this is 2012 all over again.

They'll crawl to an undefeated season by barely beating a laughable schedule of nobodies (disregarding Michigan in week 1, who now looks nothing like they did then), only to get thrashed by Alabama in the postseason and everyone will be talking about how they had no business being on the same field.

I agree.

I'm actually starting to think the BCS was preferable to the CFP.

If the gumps keep getting mulligans, we're going to see a 6 team playoff. The other conferences won't keep supporting the playoff if they aren't getting in.
