I have read it.
Elizabeth Johnson is a liar and should have been charged with perjury. But I guess...it was only her "opinion".
Had the criminal case gone to trial none of that would have been admissible because it just wasn't true.
Go read Kobe's police statement...who has "consensual sex" and does not finish...then orders a porn and whacks off?

Reading through that whole transcript LINK I only saw mention of two men. Kobe and a Mr X (who was not identified). Where has all this stuff about 7 or 8 guys come from?

It was widely reported during the initial investigation. As was the reason the case was dismissed. Her best friend came forward willing to testify that Faber had planned to bed the next celeb that came through the hotel and extort them. Good luck finding any of that info now with our "modern" search engines.

I have never been a huge fan of Kobe, but I respect the hell out of the way he approaches and plays the game. I know they were only FTs, but shooting those on a torn achilles.
