Yea Bunk this has been a great night of AO tennis. CoCo Gauff dominated, Sonya Kenin won in a nail biter second set. And Federer-Millman has been intense.

I always stay awake all night to watch the first week of the Australian Open live. After the round of 16 the matches are mostly all at a reasonable hour at home. Our prime time. Last night was worth it Gauff, Kenin, Federer, and the rowdy Greek heathens we’re silenced after Tsitsipas went down straight sets.

Great comeback in the super tie-break by Fed. I got to work and was able to pull up the match in the tenth game of the fifth set.

It was a great match GumBro and I was mad at first when they started letting the men play tiebreakers in the 5th set of the Majors but I like the super tiebreaker the Australian Open has. The US Open should do likewise. I like Wimbledon playing at least to 12 all in the 5th set before they play a breaker. The Frogs at Roland Garros are the last Slam to make both the men and women win by two games. They’re traditionalists.

Hopefully Fed will recover in the cold tub and relax with the twins. He said he doesn’t practice as hard as he used to.
