This is a great neighborhood imo. My coworker lives there and its location is just great. I'd rather off myself than live in the burbs and commute inside the loop, especially the woodlands. At least in katy they have the big arse freeway now.

Ya it is beautiful but the few condos we saw out there were overpriced. You definately pay for your location.
The comute from Katy is not awful but no way would I make it on a day to day basis. My fiance is going to law school and i'm going to be working downtown so that would be miserable after awhile
