Saints and Bucs finish 13-3
Bucs win tiebreaker
6-9-1 Eagles host the 13-3 Saints in the Wildcard round
It's 2020 so why not?

Not really. The Cowboys and Giants get big ratings regardless of their record

Winning a division should only guarantee a playoff spot and that should be the reward. Hosting? Get the frick out of here with that. 7-9, 8-8, teams shouldn't be hosting any team with a better record.

So a 7 win team hosting an 11 win team makes sense to you.

Has this ever happened?

Thought the Seahawks had been 8-8.

The best teams should host the games. No one in that division even deserves to go. It's likely going to be Saints/Bucs who end up playing the road game vs a vastly worse team because of this.

So THIS I agree with... Keep divisions BUT If A Division winner finishes with a under .500 they should not be able to host a playoff game.

The NFL needs to get rid of the division seeding nonsense and just put in the teams with the best records.

All of this. 2018, the Chargers, Chiefs and Pats all finished 12-4. Chiefs were the 1, Pats the 2, and the Chargers the 5th. Clown world.

Division winners + top 3 other records make the playoffs. Seeding is determined by record. How can anyone logically disagree with that?

It's Week 5. The Eagles first win came in Week 4. They have an outright division lead.
