many kids work on bullshite like that instead of knowing how to play basketball.
Right because dribbling and passing fundamentals, as well as hand/eye coordination are quite useless.........

we'll see how he does. all that and 1 stuff means nothing. you know that.
he's got a great skill set for his age. see how it applies to in-game playing. Sometimes being able to do all that stuff makes people neglect the most efficient basketball play.
it's more important that he has the head/instincts for the game.

yes, but he will be successful enough just because he's skilled with the ball and very coordinated. I agree the and1 shite is useless.

Pistol Pete was probably around 10 inches taller when he was that age.

There is a reason only one of them made it in the league....

the one thing i do see is that he seems to be taking the proper steps to get his footwork training in. i'm more impressed with his footwork than all the dribbling/fancy passing.

definitely not Pistol Pete, but maybe he can be Jason Williams.

The next Jason Williams / The Professor.

his dad is barely 6'1 and the kid shoots a set shot
he's good doing drills in a gym but that is no indicator that he will turn out to be good when he grows up

Assuming that everything said in the report is accurate, the kid has no chance.
Two hours of practice a day won't cut it. Unless you naturally have an amazing body (the dude's dad is average size), you have to work way harder than that to get anywhere.
