Agents paid Billy Cannon. NCAA was a witch hunt, nobody cares about vacate and the Heisman Trust shouldn't care about this piddling affair. OJ Simpson still has his Heisman, somewhere.

Uh...no. That isn't why the USC co-title from 2003 wasn't vacated. It's because the Trojans won the AP national championship in 2003 and the Associated Press never vacates its championship selections. If you go to their website and click on 2004, you will see that the USC Trojans are still listed as AP national champions for that season. Had USC gotten in over Oklahoma and defeated LSU for the BCS crown, that '03 title would have been vacated as well.
