Sorry. I mean it matters on most tracks, it just isn't worth it on restrictor plate tracks this early. You can make up a car length in a matter of seconds in the draft. Jimmie especially had no reason to get a penalty.

Jeff's been pretty legit the past couple years, actually. Came within a position (and an improbable kamikaze move by Newman) of qualifying for the Championship Race just last season.
