I still don't see how murray made that comeback? Did the other guy just run out of gas? Looked like he gave up...

No, it was high quality tennis in the fifth, which was when I picked it up. Murray was balling out.

I just watched the fifth set of the FO semi between Rafa and Djoke.

I wish those guys could play every tournament.

Two biggest dopers ruining tennis. No thanks. Murray is another doper.

Tennis needs a cleansing ala Baseball(ha) and Cycling.

Murray is ridiculously skinny. What is dope doing for him??? Obviously not giving him too much muscle mass

I'm the same height and bigger than that... All you'd need to do is lift some weights. He is a damn professional athlete. I don't see veins popping out. Looks natural as can be to me

You said he had no muscle. I showed you he had muscle.

A bodybuilder's physique is not the ideal build for a tennis player. They're lean so they can move swiftly and for an entire match.

Some guy wrote this about that insane Aussie 2012 final:

quote:

That 2012 AO final was horrible. Boring baseline bashing with no variety and 2 players afraid to come to net to try and finish points, if I want an endurance contest I'll watch the Tour de France. Good tennis is about variety and contrasting styles, not 2 superhumans playing wallball aided by PED.

I sort of agree with him, but I think the problem is just a matchup issue when Novak, Rafa, and Murray play each other. There's so much great defense that you end up with countless 30 shot rallies.

As for Murray's frame, the guy is sinewy ripped and I've read some accounts that he hits the hardest ball on tour. That's surprising to me because he seems to push a lot and win with guile, but I think his problem is not strength, it's playing too passively.

Could you imagine what that would do to the sport. Half the top players, especially on the women's side, would be gone.

They know they are doing it. They are afraid to do anything about it. Ratings would fall off a cliff..

She got the chubs for sure. For women's tennis I normally cheer for the chick I'd rather have sex with, this match has me all confused.

I don't believe one of them is interested and one is a fatty.

I'm calling BS on her 175 IQ as well.

Yeah I'm not buying that, and who just randomly brags about that to reporters?
