Honestly though its not as bad as people make it out to be, yes Cleveland is a struggling city economically, but it does have nice bars and places to go. The bar scene has improved dramatically with the building of the Q, Progressive Field and Cleveland Browns Stadium. The Warehouse District is a fun place to go!

Geeez, at least Cleveland is trying to do something. They are also planning to redevelop the once lively "Flats" entertainment area.
