The ATL Thread: There's Always Next Year

Guyz, I know everyone is panicking right now as we open 0-4 against two of the worst teams in baseball, but fear not, I was reviewing the roster for next season, and it's nothing sort of championship caliber.
LF: MVPrado
Should hold this down for good and get a nice, phat extension.
CF: Jose Constanza
We've been grooming him to replace Bourn, which should be an immediate boost to our offense.
RF: Jason Heyward/FA RH bat to platoon
The money we save on Chip will surely go to re-signing Prado and bringing in a big time platoon guy so we can make sure our young 20s superstar gets enough rest.
1B: Freddie Freeman
Set here for years.
2B: Dan Uggla
.235/35/89 RBI. Worth the contract.
SS: PastorSimmons
Sure both hit right handed, but we'll make sure to platoon them somehow.
3B: Juan Francisco
"What's that? He made 3 errors in one game? I don't know what the stats say, but from my eyes he's playing great D at 3B." -Fredi G.
C: Brian McCann
Probably gonna get paid 80 mil for his down years. Yippee.
Good news is the rotation should be rock solid with Jair Jurrjens at the 1, Beach-man at the 2, Hanson at the 3, Hudson holding down the 4, and Minor/Teheran/Delgado platooning the 5 spot. Minor will tell ATL media he demands to be traded, only to profusely apologize a day later. Teheran will walk 7 batters a game, the rest will hammer his fastball.
All in all, this team may struggle in 2012, but they are primed for a BIG run in 2013.
Lineups later when they come out. Geaux Braves Geaux!
1. Michael Bourn (L) CF
2. Martin Prado (R) LF
3. Freddie Freeman (L) 1B
4. Brian McCann (L) C
5. Dan Uggla (R) 2B
6. Chipper Jones (S) 3B
7. Jason Heyward (L) RF
8. Tyler Pastornicky (R) SS
9. Tommy Hanson (R) P
vs.
Who gives a frick.

i just cant get excited about 2013 when we are only 4 games into 2012

From the tone of my post, I'm clearly not excited about next year either.

Chances that Heyward demands a trade at some point in the next 12 months?
You could tell from his body language at the plate last night that he just didn't give a frick.

PLEASE GOD, I don't care what it takes to get rid of him, just make Fredi disappear!!
Would any of you sacrifice this season to get rid of Fredi knowing it would be for the greater good of the team for years to come?

He was obviously pissed and has every right to be.
I wish he would have hit one 450 to show it though, rather than striking out.
One of the fantasy sites I read is all about him getting moved/change of scenery.

I hope it's not francouer 2.0, big local fan favorite who struggles and gets dealt

It might be for the best unfortunately.
That would really disappoint me. Fredi needs to go. Sooner rather than later. There have been reports that he is on a short leash this season. Hopefully they are true and he doesn't make it out of April.

He is a black Frenchy

Yeah, except his rookie year is still better than any year Frenchy has posted in his career.

Didn't want to start a separate thread for this, but Dale Murphy will be at the AAA Charlotte Knights game on the 20th.
